Imagine ending your week by summiting a fourteen thousand foot peak (14er). If you have less than a week to spend, we can customize a program around your schedule. Your guide, Ellen Miller, has the expertise to challenge you safely and create a program that will help you reach a peak performance and beyond, no matter what your level may be. She achieved her personal goal by becoming the first North American woman to summit Mt. Everest from both North and South sides. Let Ellen apply that same level of focus and ambition to you personally.
Enjoy one hour to one week long, introductory to advanced level, private and group guided hiking adventures that will transform your life. If you prefer, we also offer one day mountain biking and rock climbing adventures.
Not a skier, snowboarder or mountain biker? Still want to experience Vail's exceptional outdoors? Snowshoeing and hiking are the perfect activities for those wanting to get some outdoor exercise in, regardless of the weather. Our experienced guides will set you up with snowshoes (winter only) and poles, and take you from our door on some scenic and heart-healthy treks. All abilities are welcome and encouraged!

Located within the Spa and Vail Athletic Club, this Center brings a new form of wellness not previously offered to the Vail Valley. Focused on offering a comprehensive approach to achieving wellness, the Center will combine complimentary medicine with nutrition, stress reduction techniques, cardio coaching, strength and flexibility training, and spa therapies.
A four day retreat that will expose you to all the essential elements of total well-being. Everything from cardio and strength fitness, to mindful eating and healthy meals, lectures on women's health, meditation, and yoga. Every day will provide time for nutritional consultations, rejuvenating spa treatments, energy balancing, and body composition analysis.

The VAC is a community of passionate fitness professionals providing incredible wellness, fitness, and athletic experiences for club members and guests. We are committed to the philosophy that by training in our facility, clients can increase their performance in and enjoyment of their outdoor pursuits, defined by the slogan "Get in here to get better out there!"
As a courtesy to our guests and therapists, appointment cancellations and time changes must be completed 24 hours in advance to avoid a charge for the full amount of your treatment. Plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment to shower and enjoy a steam, sauna or Jacuzzi. We kindly request that our hotel guests wear the robes and slippers provided in their rooms.
