In my 16 years as the executive chef of Terra Bistro, I’ve sought to use natural, garden-fresh ingredients whenever possible.  My cuisine is influenced by Southwest, Mediterranean and Asian cultures and I use local, organic and free range ingredients whenever possible.

Replenishing your energy at Terra Bistro is a perfect compliment to everything that Vail and the Vail Mountain Lodge & Spa stands for: good and healthy living.

Morning or evening, a quick bite at après or a leisurely dinner, Terra Bistro provides the cuisine and atmosphere to replenish your body and inspire you to pursue a healthy lifestyle.
