Thank you for your interest in the Spa at Vail Mountain Lodge. I am extremely proud of our spa and staff. We feel strongly that a spa treatment should be a key component in a healthy lifestyle and should be a therapeutic experience rather than simple pampering.

 In my 15 years as spa director, I’ve been able to design each of our signature treatments with a holistic approach using truly organic and biodynamic products. The end result is an unrivaled spa experience that fits the overall vision of the Vail Mountain Lodge & Spa. That vision is providing guests with a healthy, relaxing and active vacation destination.

Unlike many spas, we have a number of fitness programs that coincide with the Vail Athletic Club. These programs allow us to further our commitment to a whole and rounded lifestyle. We believe that relaxation is derived from activity as well as spa treatments and offer spa guests both for total rejuvenation. Sign up for a guided snowshoe and follow it with a massage; I think you’ll agree.

Another unique component for the Spa is the availability of healthy, organic food from Terra Bistro before or after a spa treatment. Smoothies, sandwiches and nutritious salads are all available as you relax in your robe in the solarium, overlooking Gore Creek and Vail Mountain.

The Spa at Vail Mountain Lodge draws much of its inspiration from the surrounding Rocky Mountains. A holistic and organic approach is taken in the design of all of the Spa’s signature treatments.

Custom programs, such as Mountain Divas, bridge the gap between the Spa and Vail Athletic Club, embracing the notion of exercise and relaxation as two components of a healthy lifestyle.
