Hell’s (Kettle) Bells!
The kettlebell has become a popular exercise tool due largely to the efforts of strength and flexibility coach Pavel Tsatsouline and World Champion, World Record Holder Valery Fedorenko. Kettlebell workouts are intended to increase strength, endurance, agility and balance, challenging both the muscular and cardiovascular system with dynamic, total-body movements. An awesome workout in just 20 minutes, please attend Intro to Kettlebells to get the basics down first.
Hip Hop
Class is designed to teach a choreographed dance routine that is fun and easy to learn . . . all while sweating your butt off! No dance experience is required, but a comfy pair of shoes and the willingness to sweat definitely is.
Gyrokinesis
GYROKINESIS® class begins with participants practicing self-massage and simple breathing patterns. The spine and pelvis are engaged through simple exercises—while seated on low stools, participants mobilize the spine through a series of arching, curling, bending, twisting and spiraling movements. These same movement patterns are expanded to release the hip, knee, hamstring, quadriceps and so on, in all possible directions: front, back, twisting and turning. Those who practice GYROKINESIS® exercises tend to be more relaxed in their daily lives and can move with increased flexibility and ease.
