The exercise programs we offer are diversified and unique. We offer a complete group class program including both indoor and outdoor activities. Explore the trails with mountaineer Ellen Miller. Or try ZUMBA, Spinning or one of our sports conditioning classes to get your heart pumping. Create balance by adding Yoga or Pilates into your routine. Private lessons are available by appointment.

If you haven’t yet tried a barre class, you have probably at least heard the word. The goal is to help you achieve strength and that oh-so-desired sculpted body by using light weights, minimal props, and small isolated movements.
Vail’s only indoor climbing wall allows both new and experienced climbers access to great climbing year-round. We offer programs for kids and adults of all ages and abilities, and have equipment available.
