The exercise classes offered at the Vail Vitality Center are diversified and unique. We offer a complete group class program including both indoor and outdoor activities. Explore the trails on Vail Mountain with mountaineer Ellen Miller. Or try our Barre Classes, specifically designed by our Fitness Instructor and Pilates expert Angela Muzic. Get your heart pumping with Cycle Cross or TRX classes. Create balance and strength by adding Yoga or Pilates into your routine. Find the serenity you need with Guided meditation. Private lessons in all of our classes are available by appointment.

Functional Fitness
The exercise programs offered at the Vail Vitality Center incorporate movement, muscle strength and endurance. Some classes are ski conditioning, TRX, Outdoor Boot Camp, Outdoor intervals. We have personal coaches who create programs for the individual and classes like our Generations Classes that give our older and distinguished population the opportunity to meet new friends and keep vital and strong. Barre Rhythm

If you haven’t yet tried a barre class, you have probably at least heard the word. The goal is to help you achieve strength and that oh-so-desired sculpted body by using light weights, minimal props, and small isolated movements.


Vail’s only indoor climbing wall allows both new and experienced climbers access to great climbing year-round. We offer programs for kids and adults of all ages and abilities, and have equipment available.
