It is important to move your body with an elevated heart rate as well as move your body to increase flexibility and strength - and you will. It is important to understand these elements for total well-being. It is also essential to slow down and be mindful in every moment – and you will. These components of wellness will bring you ageless vitality.
Join us for a four-day intensive lead by Mary Horn M.S. Ageless Vitality is a program designed to explore health challenges women experience throughout the decades of their lives and offer healthy lifestyle changes that will impact their future wellbeing. Mary and our staff will educate you on the mind/body connection so you understand how it influences the overall health of the body. Participants will be motivated to develop a gentle relationship with food, which allows intuition to make conscious choices of food and portion size. Come to calm your mind and enhance your health.
